Where a separate consent or authorization is appropriate, we will request it.<\/p>\n\n<h3>3.3 At Your Direction or With Your Consent<\/h3>\n<p>We may share information when you ask or authorize us to do so. For example, if you authorize IDF-SBA to publish an organization profile, testimonial, award announcement or directory listing, the information identified for publication may become publicly available and may be indexed by search engines.<\/p>\n\n<h3>3.4 Legal, Safety and Compliance Reasons<\/h3>\n<p>We may disclose information when we reasonably believe disclosure is required by law, subpoena, court order or other legal process; is necessary to protect rights, property or safety; is needed to investigate fraud, abuse or security concerns; or is appropriate to enforce our agreements and program requirements.<\/p>\n\n<h3>3.5 Organizational Changes<\/h3>\n<p>If IDF-SBA or substantially all of a relevant business or program is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, transition of service providers or similar transaction, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to applicable law and appropriate protections.<\/p>\n\n<h3>3.6 Aggregated or De-Identified Information<\/h3>\n<p>We may use or share information that has been aggregated or de-identified so that it does not reasonably identify a specific individual. Third-Party Programs and Services<\/h2>\n<p>IDF-SBA may link to, describe, integrate with or help users discover products, services, grants, Corporate Community Funding Programs (CCFPs), nonprofit programs or other opportunities provided by third parties. Those third parties are separate organizations and have their own privacy practices and terms.<\/p>\n<p>If you leave the IDF-SBA Site, apply directly to a third-party program, connect an outside account, or otherwise interact directly with another provider, the information you provide to that provider is governed by its policies. Data Retention<\/h2>\n<p>We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including providing services, administering applications and awards, maintaining organizational and transaction records, resolving disputes, detecting fraud, enforcing agreements and complying with legal, accounting, tax or reporting obligations.<\/p>\n<p>Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information and the program involved. Children<\/h2>\n<p>The IDF-SBA Site and organizational services are intended for adults and authorized representatives of organizations and are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly request personal information directly from children through the Site. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child in circumstances requiring deletion, we will take reasonable steps to remove it.<\/p>\n<p>This does not prevent eligible organizations whose missions serve children or youth from participating in IDF-SBA programs.<\/p>\n\n<h2 id=\"changes\">12.
