The International Development Fund for Social Benefit Assistance helps nonprofit organizations find support, strengthen credibility, reduce operating costs and build the capacity to keep their missions funded.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

IDF-SBA exists for the nonprofit leader who has a real mission, real people to serve and real work to do, but may not yet have the staff, history, systems or funding infrastructure larger grantmakers expect.<\/p>\n

Founded in 2007, the International Development Fund for Social Benefit Assistance has always been built around practical assistance that helps people and organizations move forward. In 2026, IDF-SBA began a renewed nonprofit focus designed especially for grassroots and growing organizations that need both immediate support and a pathway toward greater funding readiness.<\/p>\n\n

We start with what is possible now.<\/h2>\n

Too many organizations are told they are \u201cnot grant-ready\u201d and hear that as \u201cnot ready to be funded.\u201d We disagree.<\/p>\n

A nonprofit may not yet qualify for every major foundation or government grant, but it may still be eligible for corporate community programs, in-kind grants, donated technology, local support, professional resources, discounts and other forms of assistance that can begin creating momentum immediately.<\/p>\n

That is why IDF-SBA talks about funding readiness<\/strong>, not simply grant readiness.<\/p>\n\n
