• Grant, award and program application information, including application responses, eligibility information, supporting documents, uploaded files, requested resources, program selections and information used to administer or fulfill an IDF-SBA grant or support program.
• Purchase and transaction information, including items or services requested, billing information, shipping information, order history, membership charges and related records. Payment card information is generally processed by third-party payment processors rather than stored by IDF-SBA in complete form.
• Communications, including messages sent through contact forms, support requests, surveys, event registrations, mentoring or training interactions, and other correspondence with IDF-SBA.
• Content you choose to provide, including testimonials, reviews, organization descriptions, logos, photographs, videos, comments, success stories or other materials submitted for publication, recognition, directories or program participation.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

When you visit or use our Site or online services, we and service providers acting on our behalf may automatically collect information such as:

IDF-SBA does not sell personal information for monetary consideration. We may disclose information in the following circumstances.

3.1 Service Providers

They may use information only as permitted to perform services for us or as otherwise allowed by law and their applicable agreements.

3.2 Grant, Program, Technology and Fulfillment Partners

Some IDF-SBA opportunities may involve a third-party provider or fulfillment partner. If you request, purchase or accept an offer that requires another provider to deliver a product, service, credit, discount or other benefit, we may share the organization and contact information reasonably necessary to administer or fulfill that request. Where a separate consent or authorization is appropriate, we will request it.

3.3 At Your Direction or With Your Consent

We may share information when you ask or authorize us to do so. For example, if you authorize IDF-SBA to publish an organization profile, testimonial, award announcement or directory listing, the information identified for publication may become publicly available and may be indexed by search engines.

3.4 Legal, Safety and Compliance Reasons

We may disclose information when we reasonably believe disclosure is required by law, subpoena, court order or other legal process; is necessary to protect rights, property or safety; is needed to investigate fraud, abuse or security concerns; or is appropriate to enforce our agreements and program requirements.

3.5 Organizational Changes

If IDF-SBA or substantially all of a relevant business or program is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, transition of service providers or similar transaction, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to applicable law and appropriate protections.

IDF-SBA may link to, describe, integrate with or help users discover products, services, grants, Corporate Community Funding Programs (CCFPs), nonprofit programs or other opportunities provided by third parties. Those third parties are separate organizations and have their own privacy practices and terms.

If you leave the IDF-SBA Site, apply directly to a third-party program, connect an outside account, or otherwise interact directly with another provider, the information you provide to that provider is governed by its policies. We encourage you to review those policies before submitting information.

8. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including providing services, administering applications and awards, maintaining organizational and transaction records, resolving disputes, detecting fraud, enforcing agreements and complying with legal, accounting, tax or reporting obligations.

Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information and the program involved. Information may remain in backups for a limited period after deletion from active systems.

IDF-SBA intends to serve organizations in multiple countries. Our operations, technology providers and service providers may be located in the United States or other countries. The IDF-SBA Site and organizational services are intended for adults and authorized representatives of organizations and are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly request personal information directly from children through the Site. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child in circumstances requiring deletion, we will take reasonable steps to remove it.

This does not prevent eligible organizations whose missions serve children or youth from participating in IDF-SBA programs.

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as our services, technologies, legal obligations or information practices change. The "Last Updated" date at the top of the policy will identify the current version. Material changes may also be communicated through the Site or other appropriate means.

Your continued use of the Site after an updated policy becomes effective is subject to the updated policy, to the extent permitted by law.
