Our process is designed to be simple. We approve you fast and begin helping you grow your business immediately!

2 – Review

Your application is reviewed to ensure you meet the qualifications for funding.

3 – Notification

You will receive notification via phone or email of your approval status and funding offer.

4 – Interview

You will meet with an interview agent via zoom and together you will determine your needs and finalize your total funding amount. Any additional questions you may have will be answered at this time.

5 – Closing

You will meet with a closing agent via zoom. Your information will be verified, agreements will be signed and you will make your 10% down payment.

6 – Purchase

Purchase enterprise goods and professional services, and get expert help growing your new business!

2021 Pilot 1 Eligibility.


Economic Stimulus to Underfunded.

The New Biz Stimulus Program is designed to provide funding to groups that tend to find difficulty in acquiring traditional funding. Any US Citizen over the age of 18 starting a new business is eligible for funding.

We use a combination of standards pulled from those set by International Development Fund for Small Business Assistance (IDF-SBA), National Minority Supplier Development Council (NMSDC), and Women's Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC).  New Business Stimulus and IDF-SBA are not directly affiliated with NMSDC or WBENC.

Minorities and Women First.

Priority is given to minority and women enterprises in the first pilot programs.

A qualified enterprise will be an independent business concern that is owned and controlled by one or more minorities or women.

It must be at least 51% woman-owned or minority-owned, operated and controlled.

A minority group member is an individual who is at least 25% Asian, Black, Hispanic or Indigenous Native American.

  • Must be 18 years of age or over.
  • United States citizen or Legal Resident Alien.
  • A New Venture, Business, Product or Service (Less than 2 years in operation.)
  • The business formation and principal place of business will be located in the U.S. or its territories.
  • Will be an independent business concern that is owned and controlled by one or more minorities or women.
  • Must be a for-profit enterprise and physically located in the U. S. or its trust territories.
  • Management and daily operations must be exercised and controlled by the woman/minority ownership member(s) with industry expertise.

Flexible Funding.

Funding is provided as a line of credit of up to $50,000 to be used towards goods and services for business use only.

Upon approval, a 10% down payment will be due. Then you can pay off the full amount by making monthly payments.

Pay as much or as little as you are able. Minimum monthly payments are only 2% of the original funding amount.

Funding is provided at 0% interest with no finance fees. There is no security deposit or personal guarantee needed.
